GREEN SMOKE® e-vapor

Dear Loyal Green Smoke® Customers,

Our focus has been to manufacture e-cigarette products that provide a quality vaping experience. Our commitment to providing innovative vapor products to adult smokers and vapers has been the core of our business. We are thankful for your support and loyalty.

On December 7th, 2018, our parent company Altria Group, Inc. announced that Nu Mark will discontinue production and sale of all Green Smoke® e-vapor products. This action is in addition to the discontinuation we already announced. As of December 19th, 2018, Green Smoke® products are no longer available for purchase online and will be available at existing retail locations while supplies last.

We recognize that this announcement will raise a number of questions from our loyal customers. The Frequently Asked Questions listed below attempt to address what we anticipate being the most commonly posed questions. If you have additional questions that are not addressed below, please call 1-888-224-1345 or email us at service@GreenSmoke.com

Thank You,

The Green Smoke® Team

Products will be available while supplies last at existing retail locations.
Green Smoke® e-vapor will continue to comply with its Privacy Policy. View our Privacy Policy here.
We recognize that discontinuing these products will disappoint our customers. This decision is based upon the current and expected financial performance of these products, coupled with regulatory restrictions that burden Altria’s ability to quickly improve these products.
Autoship orders that are scheduled to process after December 18th, 2018 will not ship and will be canceled.
Your reward points will be available for redemption on all orders placed online until 11:59:59 PM ET December 18th, 2018.
