Due to recent amendments to California law applying to e-vapor products, our shipping arrangements are changing. In order to comply with this new law, E-vapor companies must implement a number of new requirements. You may experience some delay in the ease and speed of delivery you have come to expect.
If any of the criteria below apply to you, we will be unable to ship your order.*
- If a post office box is your billing address or shipping address; or
- Your addresses for your age verification, credit card, shipping and billing do not all match.

This new law also requires that new purchases shipping to California be confirmed by phone after 5pm. Please make sure your account includes an up-to-date phone number where you can be reached for this confirmation.
Due to the requirement for the phone call confirmation, orders may be delayed up to three additional days or longer if we are unable to reach you by phone. It is therefore recommended that when ordering you choose only Free Shipping or Expedited Delivery and provide us with a phone number where we can reach you after 5pm in order to make the process smoother.
