Caroline’s passion for caring extends from home to work, and back again. At home she manages her family, 20 sheep, 15 goats, 4 dogs, 2 donkeys, a flock of geese, and chickens too numerous to count. At work she successfully negotiates scheduling issues, management supervision and operations, in her role as Contact Center Manager.
Working in Customer Care for the past 2.5 years has given Caroline insight into what concerns customers have, and what qualities make a good customer care representative. Starting as a live chat agent, Caroline was quickly promoted.
