1 Year Limited Warranty:

Green Smoke Inc. warrants only the original purchaser of this product that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by; modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than Green Smoke, Inc; Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or use with any products not recommended by the manufacturer, any use of the product other than that for which is was intended.

Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by interference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for the particular purpose.

Replacement or repair of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Warranty Claim Instructions

In order for us to process you warranty claim, please complete the following steps.

1. Fill out the warranty registration form click here
2. Contact customer service to determine the nature of the problem. If a solution cannot be found an RMA will be issued for replacement.
3. Securely pack the item in the original packaging if available or a padded envelope available from your shipping company.
4. Please ensure the following documents are enclosed in the package:

a. Copy of the original bill of sale (purchase receipt)
b. RMA number
c. Name, address, contact telephone/fax numbers
d. Email
e. Reason for returning the item(s)

5. Ship prepaid to Green Smoke Warranty Department

Shipping to Green Smoke is the responsibility of the customer. COD shipments will not be accepted and returned to sender. We will replace your items shipping and handling included.
