Enjoyed around the globe, Green Smoke® electronic cigarettes, also known as vapor cigarettes or e-cigs, come in a smart, elegant, two-part e-cig design. They consist of a long-lasting, rechargeable battery and a pre-filled, replaceable cartridge, which is available in a variety of flavors and nicotine levels. Each pack contains five cartridges.
- First, make sure your battery is fully charged with one of our USB chargers. Most batteries come 70% charged, so you can use them right out of the box.
- Next, pop your Green Smoke® FlavorMax™ cartridge out of its packaging, remove the rubber plugs, and screw the cartridge gently onto the battery.

- When you’ve finished vaping, remove the cartridge from the battery and store both parts in a Green Smoke® Carrying Case.
Our vapor cigarettes do not produce any unpleasant odor, ash, or cigarette butts, so you can enjoy vaping outdoors and indoors.
The cartridge holds the e-liquid and the atomizer, which vaporizes the liquid into a thick, smooth vapor.
Each cartridge lasts approximately one day for the average e-cig user, and provides an incredibly rich flavor, with high vapor volume
Our FlavorMax™ cartridges last about one day for the average vaper, who takes 12 to 20 puffs per vaping session. The actual number of total puffs will depend on a number of variables, including length and strength of inhale.
Once the rubber plugs have been removed, the cartridge will stay fresh for approximately 2 weeks. We recommend replacing the plugs in between vaping sessions. For long-term storage, cartridges will stay fresh for up to 18 months if kept in optimal conditions. Refrigeration is recommended. After a cartridge has been stored in the refrigerator, leave it out at room temperature for 30 minutes before using it.
The vapor consists of propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, nicotine, and flavorings.
Propylene glycol is the primary component in our vapor solution.
Vegetable glycerin is extracted from vegetable oils. It is another component in our proprietary solution that provides vapor when heated.
Propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin help keep the vapor solution lubricated inside the cartridge. This allows it to be easily turned into vapor when the e-cig is used.
The vapor in Green Smoke® e-cigarettes also contains full-bodied flavors.
Since a cartridge has an air pathway from one side to the other, it is best to store it on its side, to minimize the chance of the e-liquid pooling to either side. While it is rare, there is a slight chance of causing a leak if the cartridge is stored on one of its ends. When storing long-term, it is highly recommended to keep the cartridges in a very cool, dry place.
Green Smoke® cartridges come in Absolute Tobacco, Red Label Tobacco™, Tobacco Gold™, Menthol Ice™, Mountain Clove™, Mocha Mist™, and Smooth Cream™ flavors.
Absolute Tobacco offers the full-bodied taste of air-cured and uncased Burley tobacco: dry, aromatic, and distinctly woody. Red Label Tobacco™ produces a taste of flue-cured, Virginia tobacco. It is smooth, mild, and sweet, with delicate floral overtones. Tobacco Gold™ is luxurious taste of sun-cured, Oriental tobacco blended with Virginia and Burley tobaccos to create a sweet and complex taste.

The Green Smoke® e-cigarette was designed this way to provide you with a fluid vaping experience. To maximize battery life, we recommend removing the cartridge from the e-cigarette battery when not in use.
Our batteries are shipped with a 70% charge, which is the best way to store lithium-ion batteries. You can enjoy your new e-cig battery right out of the box.
The long battery (270 mAh/4.6 inches) lasts for approximately 400 puffs per charge. The short battery (160 mAh/4.0 inches) lasts for approximately 300 puffs per charge. On average, the long battery takes 5 to 6 hours to recharge, and the short battery takes 4 to 5 hours to recharge. The lifespan of the batteries is approximately 400 charges (around one year's worth of use). (Please note: Over time all lithium ion batteries lose some of their charging capacity. These numbers are for a fully optimized battery.)
Removing the e-cig battery from the charger as soon as its light turns green might increase the lifespan of your battery. However, your e-cig battery will be okay if left in the charger overnight.
Remember to remove it from the charger when it's fully charged, to unscrew the cartridge if you will not be using the electronic cigarette for an extended period of time, and to carry them around in a protective case. It's also recommended to charge them before they are totally drained. When you feel your battery getting a bit weak, just switch to a backup, charged battery, and charge the weak one. This will ensure that your batteries will last as long as they should.

We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with our product! Please do not send your kit back via regular mail. We need you to call our Customer Care specialists. They will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and send you a prepaid shipping label, with the correct address on it.
We want to do everything possible to process your refund, but if you send your kit without an RMA number, and without a delivery confirmation number, your kit may get lost in the mail.
No! Green Smoke offers free return shipping for all domestic orders! Contact our Customer Care Team, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Then you just print the label, and affix it to a padded envelope or box (you can reuse the one in which your product originally came).
If you are unable to print the emailed shipping label, then we will be happy to send a printed shipping label to you. Please contact our Customer Care Team and let them know.
You can either hand the package to your mail carrier, leave it in your mailbox for pickup, put it in a USPS dropbox, or give it to the clerk at your local post office. Easy peasy!
Yes! We want you to try our product. As long as everything but the cartridges is returned to us in good condition, we will be happy to refund you fully.
It can take up to 5 business days for your return to reach the Green Smoke mailbox. Then it needs to be received and inspected, which usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Finally, after the package has been marked as returned, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after we credit your card for the refund to be posted to your account.
Refunds are automatically applied to the credit/debit card originally used to make the purchase. If your credit/debit card has been stolen or lost, please contact our Customer Care Team for help.
If you would like to send something back for refund besides a kit (still within 30 days of purchase), then please call our Customer Care Team. We cannot guarantee a refund, but we are happy to look into the matter, and see what we can do to help.

We really wish we were able to help you out. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for kits bought from a retail outlet. Each retailer has his or her own return policies in place. It may be that the store where you purchased the kit will refund you.
However, please keep in mind that we are happy to replace any faulty kit parts, even when purchased from a retailer. Sometimes customers want a refund because a certain part of the kit (like the battery or USB charger) is not working. In this case, we can help, and will be more than happy to send a new part!
