What is the Auto-Ship Program?

The Auto-Ship Program is a service offered by Green Smoke® electronic cigarettes. The goal of this program is to offer the best prices, guaranteed,* and to ensure that you always have plenty of cartridges on hand. No long-term commitment is required: Pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I sign up?
Signing up is as easy as placing a regular order.
  1. Go to our cartridge ordering page.
  2. Choose your flavor(s), nicotine level(s), and quantity of packs.
  3. Under the product quantity, you will see two radio buttons:
    1. Order Once
    2. Subscribe Now to Auto-Ship and Save $X.XX
  4. The default choice is “Order Once.” If you want to get this order sent on a regular basis (and save loads of money in the process), then select the “Subscribe Now” button instead. Choose how frequently you want this order: Once a week, once every 2 weeks, once every 3 weeks, etc.
  5. Complete payment on the order.

Voilà, you have joined our Auto-Ship program. Scared of being tied down? Don’t worry. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I cancel?
Canceling is easy. Just contact our Customer Care team and tell them you want to cancel your Auto-Ship subscription. That’s it. No more orders coming (which is kind of sad, but we understand).
How do I change the frequency of delivery?
If you initially choose “Delivery every 5 weeks,” but realize later that you actually need the order every 4 weeks, then you can change this in the “Subscribe & Save” section of “My Account.” Just make sure to save the changes.
When will my credit card be charged?
We only charge your credit card on the day your order is being processed and shipped. Also, we’ll always send a reminder three days before charging your card - so you have plenty of time to put on hold, change, or cancel the order beforehand.
When will my order ship?

If you place your initial order on a Monday, and request delivery every 3 weeks, then your order will process and ship on a Monday, 3 weeks later. Please note that the first order will always ships on the same day you place it (if it is before 2:00 P.M. EST). We advise ordering on whichever day of the week you want future orders to be processed.

How do I change the the flavor/nicotine level/quantity?
Just log-in to your account on greensmoke.com. Got to the Subscribe & Save section. Make whatever changes you desire. Save the changes. Presto! You have a new flavor, new nicotine level, or new quantity coming your way. With Green Smoke® eCig’s Auto-Ship program, you’re never making a long-term commitment. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.
When will you notify me by email?

Three days before your order is scheduled to process and ship - you’ll receive a friendly reminder email, letting you know the details of your upcoming Auto-Ship order. We’ll let you know when your credit card is going to be charged, and when you can expect your cartridges to arrive.

Don’t forget that you can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time - including the time before the three day notice and after the three day notice

How do I change my address/phone number/email?
Getting married? Moving in with your parents? Graduated from college? You can change any personal detail on your Green Smoke account simply and quickly. Log into your account on greensmoke.com. Go to “My Account.” Then click on “Account Information.” Make whatever changes needed and save the changes. Bam. You’re good to go.
How do I change which credit card will be charged?
Credit card about to expire? Switched banks for lower interest rates? Just feel like using a different card? No problem. Log into your greensmoke.com account, go to “My Account,” and click on “Account Information.” Choose a new default card, or enter a new card to be tokenized, and save changes. That’s it!
How can I see my order history?
Great question! You can see all of your Auto-Ship orders, and regular orders, by logging into your account on greensmoke.com. Go to “My Account.” Click on “My Orders.” Now you can see it all! Every order you ever made with Green Smoke® eCigs.
