We believe that your online shopping experience should be as easy and straightforward as possible. Unlike many websites that offer free shipping only on selected products or only for purchases over a certain amount, Green Smoke offers free shipping on ALL domestic orders purchased through our website.  No minimum order size. No special requirements. No hassles. No headaches.

And as an extra bonus – if you spend over $150, we’ll even upgrade you to free 2-Day Shipping!

No matter how small the size of your order, with Green Smoke you are entitled not just to free shipping, but also to our commitment to great service and quality. Although some orders take up to 2 days to process, we usually process all orders the same day.

Our Absolutely Free Shipping also applies to all domestic returns and replacements! Simply call our Customer Care Team at 1-877-473-3676 and we’ll gladly arrange for a domestic return or replacement at no cost to you.

1. Will my order ship today? When will it ship?


Orders are shipped out Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, Eastern Standard Time. All orders can take up to 2 business days to ship, but usually these orders go out on the same day. Please allow 5-8 business days for orders sent via free shipping to arrive.

2. When will my order arrive?


If you order is placed before 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, then it will most likely arrive according to the following schedule:

Free Shipping: 5 to 8 Business Days

Expedited Delivery: 3 to 5 Business Days

Priority Delivery: 2 to 3 Business Days

Overnight Delivery: Next Business Day

Priority Overnight: Next Business Day in Early A.M.

3. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?


We do our best to ship orders as fast as possible. Your order might be delayed slightly if we need to verify your age. Please be patient! We need to confirm your age only one time, and then we can ship all future orders with a clear conscience.
Most likely you won’t encounter any delays. Over 90% of our customers verify automatically when we use a secure National Database to check their ages. If we can’t confirm your age with the original information provided, then we’ll ask for a different address or legal name, so we can try again!

4. How can I track my order?


Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link in the email, and it will take you to the FedEx or USPS website, depending on which company we used to ship your package.

You can also track your package online. Just log into your account at greensmoke.com, using your email address and password, then click on the order you wish to track in your order history. Once inside the order, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see the tracking number under: "Please track your deliveries at."

5. Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories?


We offer free shipping to AFO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. Territories. Shipments to these addresses will be sent via USPS. Please allow additional time for orders to arrive, due to the different time tables of the Military Post.

6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?


We ship via USPS to P.O. Boxes. Free shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 business days, and USPS Express Mail takes 1 to 2 business days.

7. On which days during the year is your shipping department closed?

8. Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we do! We do our best to ship international orders as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 2 business days to process your order for shipment. Please note that Green Smoke is not responsible for any local customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we do not have the power to shorten delays caused by customs clearance at the country of destination.

Packages returned to Green Smoke by customs will be fully refunded.

9. How long will my international order take to arrive?


Orders shipped via FedEx International can be delivered within a week, but might be delayed by customs. Also, most international orders shipped via USPS arrive within 2 weeks (10 business days), but can also be delayed by customs. Due to these delays, we do not consider international orders lost until 30 business days have passed.

If it has been almost 30 business days since the package was shipped, and you still have not received it, we strongly advise you to inquire at your local post office, with the tracking number provided by Green Smoke.

10. I just placed an order, and I need to change something or I want to cancel it!


If you placed your order on our website within the last ten minutes, then please call us, at 1-888-224-1345, so we can modify your order accordingly. If more than a few minutes have passed since you placed your order, chances are good that our fast and efficient warehouse team has already prepared your order for shipment! In this case, please call our Customer Care Team so we can figure out a solution together.

11. My order arrived, and I got the wrong item/s and/or some items are missing!


Please call our Customer Care Specialists immediately, so we can do everything in our power to rectify this situation.
