If your kit doesn`t work for you, we will return your money. You can make a refund request for a kit through our Customer Service Department, provided that you return the product to the address that we specify within 30 days from your purchase date. This applies only to kits in their original packaging. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.

For all Batteries purchased at GreenSmoke.com or by calling the Green Smoke ® Toll Free Number
Green Smoke, Inc. warrants only to the original purchaser of any battery from GreenSmoke.com or through the Green Smoke® Toll Free Number (“Purchaser”) that the battery will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the battery. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
1) modification, alteration, repair or service of the battery by any persons or company other than Green Smoke, Inc.;
2) accident or physical abuse to, or misuse of the battery or operation the battery in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or
3) any use of the battery other than that for which it was intended (including, but not limited to, use with non Green Smoke® chargers).
This warranty entitles the Purchaser to battery replacements within one year of purchase, where such battery or a subsequent replacement proves to be defective (subject to warranty conditions).
In addition, following the initial one year period, the Purchaser shall be entitled to up to three such replacements. However after the first year, it shall be a further condition of replacement that the Purchaser must have made a separate purchase of Green Smoke® cartomizers within three months prior to each such replacement request (if Green Smoke® cartomizers were not purchased on-line or through our Toll Free Number, then the Purchaser will have to provide a receipt indicating that a purchase was made within the three month time period).
Irrespective of however many batteries are purchased, the number of defective batteries that may be replaced for a Purchaser shall be subject to an overall limit of three in any month.
Any implied warranties which may arise by interference or operation of law (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in time to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply. This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In the event that Green Smoke, Inc. deviates from any of the conditions of this warranty, it shall not be construed as a waiver of the condition temporarily waived.
Green Smoke,Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a refund for a defective battery rather than a replacement. A refund will be limited to the current online price for a single the battery less cost of shipping.
Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your Green Smoke® battery fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Email our Customer Service Department at cs@greensmoke.com in order to receive an approved, Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number." In the body of your email, please include your (a) full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name, (b) order number,(c) battery purchase date, (d) cartomizer purchase date (if applicable) (e) telephone, (f) fax, (g) email address, (h) shipping address and (i) the reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the battery. All of these information entries are required for processing your request.
2. Within 2 business days of our receipt of your email, our Customer Service Department will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and an attached pdf for a Free Return Shipping Label*. Please do not send any battery to us unless and until you have received your RMA#. Once you have received your RMA#, please print and affix the shipping label to the front of a padded envelope, then securely package your battery in the envelope, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#, together with cartomizer receipt (if applicable).
3. Once our Customer Service Department has received the battery you have returned, we will then send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement Green Smoke® battery.
